Naruto was technically dead. Same for Sasuke..

Sakura was the one that kept is blood flowing by pumping his heart manually. #datsakura

Your not reading the manga, youth.

1. A person can lose their chakra and still maintain their life (stay alive).

Example being Shikamaru.

2. Reviving is defined as (1) restore to life or consciousness. (2) regain life, consciousness, or strength. (3) give new strength or energy to.

> meaning that the definition of the word is subject to circumstance and doesn't necessarily correlate with something being dead.


3. Kabuto's exact words.

> "Yes... with my medical ninjutsu, the cells of Hashirama I've studied so far"

> "And someones advice... I could some how save his life"

4. Hagoromo himself said that he couldn't save Naruto or Sasuke.
