I personally believe that Tobirama's intentions with the Uchiha were not to 100% persecute the Uchiha, but because of their pride the Uchiha only saw it in such a light. Tobirama was clearly confused when Orochimaru claimed that it was his fault.

I don't really think Danzo was influenced by Tobirama. Let's not forget that Tobirama chose Hiruzen over Danzo for Hokage for a reason. It was the extreme rivalry between Danzo and Hiruzen that brought about the inegma of Danzo. He wanted to surpass his rival, and had a different mind set in which he would go about doing so.

Tobirama is clearly not as strong as Hashirama....that is obvious especially with this chapter....Hashirama breaking the house eith chakra. At the same time...this doesn't mean he's just a push over Senju.

Tobirama's actions are justified in the sense of what his goals were, but unfortunately he should have seen a better way to deal with it. Otherwise he should have known the Uchiha Pride would get in the way.

im not so sure about tobirama, hashirama said it many times that he always has to tell tobirama not to persecute the uchiha and tobirama is just like the village is all that matters. I understand that they were always at war and what not but the day they agreed on the truce and joined the village they should have been treated as equal and they werent, tobirama said it himself if they ended up destroying themselves the village so be it.

as for danzo and tobirama you cant see the similarities? ya he picked hiruzen because at that moment hiruzen was willing to put his life on the line, if danzo stepped up first id bet he would have picked him. i mean tobirama and danzo are like the same shady charactor that will do whatever underhanded tactics for the sake of the village, edo tensei? izanagi?

and finally his actions were justified? i mean his intentions were to protect the village but all he did was fuel the uchihas hate for the village by seperating them and hoping theyd kill themselves off, and his edo tensei was used to kill hiruzen and countless other shinobi,I mean hashirama clearly told him not to use edo tensei and not to persecute the uchiha and he chose to do both and now konoha is suffering from it. worst hokage imo and not in terms of strength
