Wall of text seems to be a rant only question I was able to find was why would sasuke be jealous of naruto.
First his dad is the 4th hokage. Second naruto is more powerful. Third naruto is liked by all he meets. 4th he is the child of prophecy. 5th naruto has a friendship with all the tailed beast. That's enough I think but I have a few more to me tho that would seem to much like bashing sasuke. Who is my second favorite character also the brother by another mother to my favorite naruto.

Sasuke is jealous of Naruto.

Its been part of his story line, since part 1 of the series, just as Indra was jealous of Ashura.

Sasuke has done the unthinkable and has lived his life based on his own terms, meanwhile the hero has always contemplated his actions at times and sometimes had doubt about himself. Sasuke has done everything that he needed to accomplish over the course of the manga, while Naruto hasn't even completed his main goal and obviously needs to start learning about girls and booze. Seems to me that Naruto is embarking on a new path of self discovery, which might not be an easy journey for him. On the flip side, Naruto might not been keen on becoming Hokage right away. Why you should he? Yes, Naruto's goal from day one is to become Hokage. Did we all forget why he wanted to become Hokage? So that people would recognize him, which has been something that he was praised for during the Pain Arc. Both characters are unique and just because Naruto is stronger than Sasuke; he certainly doesn't become better or interesting than Sasuke personal-wise. Get over your unhealthy obsession for Sasuke -- for me most of you (Nardos) are lacking morals. Go read a book that will help you remove that bitter soul from you.

Well to be honest, Sasuke have shown to be jealous of Naruto and it was that jealousy that aided in Sasuke chossing to leave Konoha for more power. Sasuke reflecting on Naruto's power in part 1 here
