I've realized that Edo Tensei being a part of Kabuto's own power is completely irrelevant. What matters is if he can use the Jutsu. If he can, and he uses that Jutsu to beat his opponent, then he wins, obviously. All is fair in love and war.

He cant without prep time, is he gonna hide in mid battle to try and pull out his edos?
