Stop assuming Tobi has all Rinnegan powers!

Tobi has never been shown using all the powers of the 6 paths, so why do you guys keep assuming he can use them? Tobi only has 1 Rinnegan eye, so maybe he can't use all of its techniques. Like how Kakashi only has 1 sharingan, but can't use Susano'o. So maybe Tobi can only use half of its powers, like 3 paths' techniques. But until we see him use the power of the paths, stop assuming that he can use it all.

Note: Tobi has only been shown using Outer Path and Gedo Mazo. Those chains require Outer Path's ability
People! What I'm saying is, 1 Rinnegan shouldn't give him all 6 paths' abilities! He does know how o use Rinnegan, of course. And stop posting stuff about something Tobi said and not shown

We have to see Tobi in action to determine if he has all rinnegan powers. But, perhaps you could be right that he might only have half of the rinnegan abilities. Seeing as Naruto clean house. He looks like he is going to participate in battle. I just hope that he didn't hype himself for nothing.

I agree there will be a learning curve to the rinnegan paths i dont think he will be able to use deva or preta purely because of the plot
