Stongest Nin Adult Suigetsu can beat?

So Suigetsu has some pretty insane jutsu feats.

You must be registered for see images

+Kenjutsu on par with Zabuza & able to par with Kisame
+Invulnerable to physical attack

Not to mention:

For adult feats, lets give him:

+Mangetsu's scroll, meaning he has access and full mastery of all of the Seven Swords (minus Samehada & Hiremekurei)

You must be registered for see images

and Kisame's Exploding Water Colliding Wave, the ability to turn any location into an ocean arena.

You must be registered for see images

Through a bad match-up or simply people underestimating him- could we see him take out some higher-tier ninja than himself?​

Yeah, I see him as one of those mid-tier ninja whose moveset could be argued to be much stronger when actually applied in 1V1 scenarios, like Sasori or Hebi Sasuke.

It's impossible not to hate him while reading Gaiden. Plus, he was a coward most of the time while he was on Taka/Hebi.

A coward with some pretty brave feats! He was just out for himself for the most part and was right to be hesitant. Karin & Jugo were straight-up throwing away their lives for a leader who abandoned them.

I posed the thread as open answer bc I literally have no clue. Hopefully people suggest more than just the usual 'Tsunade/Sakura'

You're giving him Water Dome? He can definitely take out Choujiro, stands a chance against Kurotsuchi, so she would be the strongest he can beat.

sasori maybe, I don't see too much in his arsenal being effective against hebi sauce, it's just a bad match up for suigetsu imo. I DO however think he could take any of the k11 bar team 7 and maybe gated lee.(he might be able to give Sakura a good run if she's got no intel) he was doing ok against darui without really using any jutsu and he was able to counter bees strike pretty quick so he's def got some skill

Eh Suigetsu is not so much OP. He must hydrate himself or he will start have serious problems. Most people would just need to punish him with long ranged jutsu and unless he can find water source he will slowly fall off.

I doubt Suigetsu could use Dai Bakusui Shouha, because it's a feat of vast chakra reserves. None of the Hozuki have been known for great chakra reserves...

Barring that, it's first advisable to discount him from being anyone with high-level Katon or Raiton based techniques, as he'd be vulnerable to evaporation/electrocution. So he could maybe beat... Sakura... definitely Karin, Hinata, White Zetsu and Jugo and others in that tier.

He's got some decent feats but nothing spectacular, at least by the best of Naruto.
