FTG conditions are the battlefield is not pre-marked but Minato has 20 kunai already marked with his FTG sealing formula. Tobirama has kunais also but he has to mark his kunai after the battle already begins. Tobirama and Minato can obviously mark each other and their teammates. Is this what you meant by FTG conditions?

Edo Tensei - Tobirama has 2 of them. Fodders though.

Hiruzen mastered all 6 nature transformations, something only a god could do according to Jiraiya, actually the mere thought of someone doing that was inconceivable to the shinobi world. Since every technique is either one or more of those types and Hiruzen uses them all, its safe to say he knows all techniques, in the Leaf that is.

Since every technique is either one or more of those types and Hiruzen uses them all, its safe to say he knows all techniques, in the Leaf that is.

Not necessarily - Hiruzen has all of the nature transformations but we don't know the extent of his mastery over Yin-yang techniques. Shikamaru's shadow sewing, Ino's mind transfer, and Choji's expansion technique are all examples of jutsu that use yin-yang release. So I will agree that Hiruzen knows all of Konoha's elemental techniques (chakra providing, of course).

Any jutsu that is not elemental (besides Taijutsu of course) is Yin-Yang according to Yamato and Kakashi
