No, don't think he will get it for a simple reason: Nagato and Obito had it. It would be boring if yet another main villain (Yea Sasuke is the main villain after Obito) gets the same power. No, I think Sasuke's EMS mastery will be enough to fight on par with Naruto. He still has susanoo, amaterasu, genjutsu, movement read. But, I do think he will get another upgrade.
What I hope is he gets curse mark-like powers back and learns how to control it so it becomes like snake sm or something. Then he'll be able to catch up to Naruto's speed aswell which imo is required simply for the fact the fight between Naruto and Sasuke
will be much less cool if all Sasuke has to rely on is susanoo protecting him from Naruto's speed. But then again it feels like a bit of a stretch for him to regain his snake powers because he only had them when Oro used him and
that time is over. It could happen but I dunno
I think he might start using his katon techs with amaterasu instead of regular fire. That would be sweet
