No I don’t think either has six paths chakra left. Neither has shown them in Boruto. Kurama told Naruto to be careful because he didn’t have super human strength anymore, well guess what gave him super human strength, six paths chakra.
We aren’t even sure if Naruto still has biijuu chakra anymore. That could have exhausted along with Kurama’s chakra.
If he had the beast energy, then he would have the super strength from it, especially Kokuo.
Still, characters are not perfect reporters, they are fallible.
Well, the high stats Sasuke has were i direct result of SPE. Remember how he cut Madara immediately after? And his Rinnegan, of course. Naruto is the one I'm worried about. His powers could heal eyes . . .

If one’s eyes or body mutate to a form that give the user advance justly, power, speed and physical enhancement is nothing less than a mode.
TSB woukd have help a lot, they are probably the strongest long range attacks introduced in the series. But that’s not the only thing Naruto was lacking.

Yes I remember, and Sasuke hasn’t use that black chidori in Boruto. Could be why Sasuke runs out of chakra so fast nowadays because he doesn’t have sage chakra anymore.

Anyway, i was just putting the idea out. We know stats come from modes though. So if they don't have the modes, their stats should be much lower than alien tier.
Naruto should still be the strongest of the current 5 kage. However, he is no longer the strongest hokage in history. That title has returned to Hashirama most likely. I'd say that the order would be Hashirama, then Minato, then Tobirama, then current Naruto.
