[Question] Still no change?

I've been on some Forums and never experienced this before.
When I rep somebody it shows grey and that is "rep spam" as the only I gave + rep to looked down on me and called it spam.

So I've been told to spread it and I am doing that, still no change.
Still giving grey reps. :-: Is this a technical issue? Or am I just lame?

Have you recently tried to give reputation? According to an admin, the last reputation you tried to give was on July 25th. Since that date, you've received much more reputation from other members. Back then, you likely didn't have enough received reputation (minimum of 20 needed). Please try giving another member reputation. PM me if it's still a problem.
