Either server problem or you didn't wait long enough for your avatar to show up when you're selecting your avatar after putting in the url

Had the same problem with my avatar, and my sig. Neither would show up at first. My sig eventually sorted itself out, IDK what happened there. But I fixed my avatar by using a URL rather than uploading from my comp.

Try uploading the image to a site like

You must be registered for see links

. Then use the direct link URL (the one that ends with something like .jpg, .gif, .png) in the edit avatar form on here.

If you are already using a URL, it might work in reverse, too. Save the image to your computer, then upload it to the forum from there.
