xd lol thats funny but actually Tenten isnt actually that weak. If you take her scrolls away ya she is but thats who she is. Ino same thing you take her mind switching ability away shes weak but with it shes not that bad.

To be honest, I'm sure Tenten and Ino could take down some jounin fodder in Konoha and other villages. That they may seem weaker to their current generation is true, but it doesn't mean they are weak against everyone.

Tenten's weapon summoning is second to none. She worked hard in probably one of her only skills, and mastered magnificently. If you think about it, being able to summon a weapon at any time against someone is awesome, specially against fodders. Don't compare her to monsters such as Naruto. She is a very special kunoichi with special skills, unique on her own area.

Ino's power is quite something, but she needs to train to do so. She can become as good as her father, being capable of controlling opponents to fight each other to death. Her ability though, is more supportive than anything else, I wouldn't see her in the front lines kicking ass.

If you want to blame their weakness, blame Kishi for having a much more greater bias towards males than females, who are in contrast much more weaker. Ino and Tenten though, are one of the strongest kunoichi in Konoha, even if it wouldn't seem so, just because everyone is much more focused in powerhouses.
