What is Lava in our RP? What is so special about Dodai's variation of the lava and how is it different from Hot Lava?
Also, can you think of a way that a non-lava bio can create a simulated lava jutsu?

Well Lava is a advanced KG that is produced by combining our fire chakra and earth chakra together. There are many versions of lava, such as Mei's syrup like lava, Roshi's molten rock lava, Kurotsuchi quicklime and Dodai's rubber variant.
Lava release is strong against fire and earth jutsu's as the earth can be simply melted away and fire jutsu's simply increase the heat of the lava. Lava release is weak against lightning whilst being neutral to water.
Well Dodai variation of lava is very different from the lava Roushi or Mei produces as it takes on rubber like properties instead of the normal hot lava that. The fast cooling process of Doadi's lava causes it to solidify and become rubber, making it really useful for defensive purposes, which was shown in the manga. Hot lava or quicklime is still 'hot' when produced unlike the rubber variant.
A non-lava bio can create simulated lava jutsu, by using a earth jutsu such as Earth Release: Mudshot, shooting a glob of mud at the opponent and then quickly using Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet causing the flame to ignite the mud creating a lava ball that heads on towards the target.

Very good, also note that in our RP... Dodai and Kurotsuchi can use Hot lava, but only Dodai can use Rubber and Kurotuchi Quicklime... Though you can make custom lava bios; however they can only use Quicklime.
Anyway...
Lava version of the Earth jutsu... Earth Technique O__O' Channel your lave chakra into a certain spot, melting the target area enough to create a construct of lava that will rise up, under the control of your chakra. You can't use this to create a sudden eruption like that of an earth spike, translating this to be a not-so-fast but not-so-slow jutsu.
You can also spit out lava from your mouth, forming the lava at the point the chakra leaves your mouth... unless you are Mei and unaffected by your own lava, in which case you need less care when throwing up lava.
What happens when a water and lava jutsu of the same rank, collide with each other? Also, what would happen if water hit a lava wall?

The hot lava is damaging to the touch though the simple technique lacks the ability to add to that high levels of kinetic impact and deliver high damage. I begin by channeling my lava chakra into the ground over their. I manipulate my chakra in the ground causing a few pillars of lava to rise up from the ground in an oozing frenzy. Once the pillars have been created I quickly channel my lava chakra into my mouth shooting out the lava over the pillars, swamping them completely.
Its a masterpiece !
I would say that they both cancel each other out as they are both the same rank. One wouldn't overpower the other unless the size of one is bigger as in a huge wave will beat a lava ball.
Water hitting a lava wall would cool down the lava causing it to harden like a rock. I think?

Indeed, when water hits lava of equal rank, the lava will rapidly cool into solid rock. The process also gives off steam as the water evaporates, creating a temporary visual block that you can use to your advantage. This steam has no chakra in it so doujutsu like Sharingan can easy see through it.
Your first Rubber jutsu. You'll channel your lava chakra into your preferred hand, using nature manipulation to create the vulcanised rubber (Go fetch me a definition if you're unsure what that is) then shape manipulation to create a rope. Dodai used this jutsu to pull Naruto back behind some cover, if I'm remembering rightly.
Perform and discuss anything about this jutsu that you would like to know about, or just any general points about it.

I begin by channelling my lava chakra into my right hand. I make sure that I keep focussing this chakra whilst manipulating it to materialize. The chakra, now vulcanised rubber is ready to be shaped. I use shape manipulation on the rubber causing it to stretch out and thin out similar to that of a rope. I lasso this rope around you like a cowboy.
Does the rope have a speific length or can I choose its length?
Rubber conducts lightning right? So Rubber variant of lava > Lightning jutsus.
