Probably robert acutrone. nobogy knows what his powers where, he got skeletonised ten seconds after learning his name, and he shot Shunsui in the face, thus cementing himself as the ONLY character to deal a lasting but not fatal wound in the entire series.

Also Haschwalth. Big deal, head of the sternritters, wrecks Ichigo's Bankai, foreshadowed to possibly betray Yhwach, then Boom, dead.
