I was rereading a couple of chapters out of boredom to kill time and I vividly remember this scan but never gave it much thought till now.
Sternritter D, Askin Nakk Le Vaar which is the closest letter to the second in command of the Sternritter, Grand Master Jugram Haschwalth.
Bottom scan above he speaks about making a choice, I know I'm not the only one who notices is striking resemblance to Aizen. The Sternritter C has not been revealed even though not all Sternritter fall in line by letter strength-wise. Askin Nakk Le Vaar stopped the fight between Haschwalth and Bazz B and used some sort of odd technique below.
He looks like a capable fighter and on many different occasions hides his intentions and avoids fights, in the scans above and when Mayuri encountered him he didn't want to fight and was set on avoiding conflict.
What are his intentions and what are his powers? My question to you.
The third scan above shows some sort of water droplet of some sort, could be water or oil. On his arm he has some sort of contraption that seems like it fires that water or oil, the circular objects on his arm. I don't know his intentions at the moment but I believe he's not set on falling in line with the plans of the other Sternritter.
Again, he looks like a capable fighter. Probably one of the top 5 strongest Sternritter.
