If anyone is aware of Kubo's lack of originality, they'd have noticed by now that Haschwalth is pretty much the Quincy version of Ulquiorra, in the same way Bazz B is Grimmjow's counterpart, and Ishida being Gin (the betrayer).
Knowing that, you'll see just how predictable Kubo's writing is.
What do you mean by Quincy version of Ulq? Loyal to Yhwach? If that's the case, we don't know was Ulq loyal to Aizen, we now that he keep in secret his 2nd form, which could mean a lot of things. Jugram didn't warn Yhwach, about Aizen tricks, Yhwach seems suspicious about that, but he didn't bother at that time. When Askin said to Jugram "next emperor", Jugram didn't said "No, we all will die protecting his majesty" or something like that, he was silent.
While reading HM arc, I thought that in the end Gin, will be final villain and one who will use Aizen, that didn't happen, but that scenario can happen here.
How is Bazz-B, Grimmjow's counterpart? The only similarity between those two is that they are both hot headed and nothing much more.
It's quite unlikely that Ishida will be much similar to Gin. Aizen was the only one who didn't have much trust in Gin, nearly all SR do not trust Ishida, it's unlikely that Uryu will come even close to what Gin was able to do.
Yama was going to kill everyone in karakura town with just his shikai if it weren't for wonderweiss. That means all the captains as well as Aizen and friends.
It would kill him as well.
