The King of Horror has finally given his blessing for a movie adaptation of his terrifying novel, It. Stephen King has watched many of his 60+ novels adapted into film, television, comic books, theater and even music. But one specifically epic novel, It, has not seen the screen time it deserves, and after reading a new script for a movie version, King has given the go ahead.

The project’s producer, Dan Lin (also producer of The Lego Movie) discussed the new project with Vulture and commented on the author’s excitement. He said:
"The most important thing is that Stephen King gave us his blessing. We didn’t want to make this unless he felt it was the right way to go, and when we sent him the script, the response that Cary got back was, ‘Go with God, please! This is the version the studio should make.’ So that was really gratifying."

OT: This will definitely not top the original, specially not Curry's performance :/........... but I'll go see it anyways, I just hope thy don't butcher it.

Please put a spoiler on that pic next time Lol

Since I watched that sh*t without knowing what it was as a child, I'm scared of clowns.

Inb4peoplesaywhyyouclickedonthistho?

I overflew the "It" in the title, so excuse me not seeing it.

What the heck? Does that piece of f****** clown shit look like a stand up comedian to you?
He sure as hell doesn't look scary. That movie is very much the opposite of scary.
The only part that was creepy was when the kid looked at the picture of his dead brother and the pic winked at him.
