-The black haired woman we saw in 2013 and the dragoon lady from 2011 are still in the game.
-The city party scene is completely removed.
-They're also changing the original party scene we saw in the Versus trailers.
-Instead they created a new heroine with Luna, who has a different story.
-They're still trying to be faithful to Nojima's original vision for Versus XIII.
-Sounds like sequels are out, for one. They want to do a complete story in one game.
-The story has been changed from Versus XIII....
-Many Kingdom Hearts staff are still working on FFXV from the Versus days, but they've added some new staff from XIII/XIV.
-The script writer who worked on Dissidia Final Fantasy is working on FFXV.
-Roberto Ferrari created the character design for Cidney.
-Underwater fights may be DLC for FFXV if it does happen.
