Now a couple of questions before we begin. What is steel release? There are two elements that make up steel, what are they and how did you come to that conclusion, and why do you want to learn steel release, and how do you plan on using it?
Steel Release is the combination of the Fire and Earth elements to form a powerful metal like structure. When someone uses Steel release the source often comes from the user's own body or the earth beneath them. Like I said before Steel is made up of both Fire and Earth. I came to this conclusion because I read the bio and ability section to heat the earth enough to cause it to turn into such a solid and durable object one would need fire in order to achieve such heat. I chose Steel Release because it appeals to me in terms of fighting and in cj. Also I watched the Fate again and wanted to make something similar to both Archer's ability to create weapons so yeah z.z

This is the basic steel technique and arguably the best since it's the one of the few (possibly the only) without hand seals but rather hand gestures. Envision combining the Katon and Doton natures before focusing your chakra into the ground. Create a single pillar of steel from the earth and then create a basic weapon from your body. Bear in mind these are two separate usages of the same technique.

Kaname begins by combining his Katon and Doton chakra together to create Koton chakra. He releases this chakra into the ground beneath him and begins to manipulate it. He uses a hand jester slashing upwards manipulating the Koton chakra to shoot up out of the ground causing a pillar of black metal to protrude out of the ground.

Now I have no idea why this requires a handseal but perform the Bird handseal and form a steel net in your hands before throwing as far as you can (ideally beyond short-range).

Kaname performs the needed hand sign and places his two palms next to each other and begin gathering his Koton chakra into both of them. He manipulates the chakra to form into a massive steel net that he then grabs the net and throws the net which reaches up to mid range.

For the first one, I want you to perform a single handseal before focusing your steel chakra into the ground. Use the released chakra to cause a great number of black steel spikes rise up from a point in the ground within mid-range. The spikes may be as long as two meters, which is pretty shitty if I'm perfectly honest.
For the second one, I want you to perform three handseals before focusing your steel chakra into the ground. Use the released chakra to cause a great number of metal rods to rise up from a point in the ground within mid-range. The rods will connect up to form a prison cell around a given target.
For the final one, I want you to perform a single handseal to cause a single scaled wall to rise up in front of you. It acts as a defense against low-level attacks.
