He is from a village that is in the "Mist" so stealth is a second nature for theam. But since the 95% world's population has Ninja as an career it isn't a big woop.
Zabuza landed in the anbu squad which was specialy made to take out high-Threath targets that oppose a threat to The village. And it was know by the name...THE SEVEN SWORDSMEN OF THE MIST!
