stealing swords

ive been wondering, if stealing is allowed in a thread and youre fighting a ninja that has a Seven Swordsman of the Mist bio, can you steal their sword and use it for yourself. for example, lets say i use Gaara and im fighting a Fuguki bio, can i steal Samehada from him and use it with Gaara in other battles

Don't know where i've seen it, but i'm sure it was a convo between an rpmod and someone asking the same question.

Don't think that is allowed. Not for a Seven swordsman sword i dont think anyways.

if I'm not mistaken if it's an official fight and stealing is allowed you can. but maybe I'm wrong. anyway I've seen way stronger custom weapons than Samehada and the other weapons they have.

Adding to this, What if one was using either a suigetsu or mangetsu bio, Then would they be allowed to claim the sword as that is the goal of suigetsu and was previously acheived by mangetsu?

As Zen said it isn't allowed. Also, think about it logically. Samehada "chooses" his owner, and also requires you to have a substantial amount of chakra. Not just any mediocre ninja would be able to steal the sword even if it was possible, but it isn't, so it doesn't matter anyways.

However, for the NarutoBase Seven Swordsmen Swords, you can steal them (but that's a whole 'nother ball park).

If you already have one of those bios, then you should already have the sword, so stealing another copy is rather pointless. And as stated several different ways above, the ultimate answer is no you cannot steal one of the swords and use it yourself.
