Ok. Just as people are able to take Bijuu. Are Ppl able to steal doujutsu. such as the Sharingan from members. and can the Sharingan copy peoples customs an CEs? and the user keep them for his own use

Nope, that would be completely OP. Besides the Sharingan can't copy CE anyways and the only ones who have the technology and skill to transplant eyes are the med ninja's from the hospital U_U

People can capture the Jinchuurikis but to extract the Bijuus from them they would have to do a ritual similar to that of Akatsuki, meaning that they would need at least 7 members with a huge amount of chakra for the ritual and the extraction would have to happen while all of them would be online. So yeah, it's not that easy.

No, on NB techniques/jutsus/abilities cannot be copied by any Sharingan user, no matter how many tomoes they have. I know it is not manga based, but this is the only way to be fair.

Finally, yes, during a battle the opponent can "steal" your eyes, as in taking them out and a transplant is possible but only if it happens instantly by Nexus or me -cause of the medical training we have-. No other way possible.
