Why is there no poking eye just yanking eye out of socket jutsu. You would think that would be the first strategy to kill Uchihas. Plus, you get the added bonus of victims eye.

Just imagine if Naruto yanked Itachi's eyes when he first fought during first part of shippuden.

Another possibility. Garra does the same bullet thing which restricts movement, Ay runs up and steals Madaras eye. tsunade takes eyes and uses them because she has the chakra reserves thanks to the seal.

You'd have to steal the eye while it's activated in order to reap its benefits. It wouldn't be so easy to catch the eyes of someone who can see your movements.

Naruto definitely wasn't fast enough.

Wouldn't have worked because his eyes were fake and if they left his sockets they would crumble and regenerate for Madara.

Much easier said than done OP. What you are suggesting is basically equivalent to asking, "When a person faces an armed gunman, why not just steal the gun?".

I'm sure you see how this is difficult.
