Dude you set yourself up for failure when you try to reason that Sakura > Sasuke in ANYTHING. He is her better in every category, even medical ninjutsu.

Sakura has more of a natural resistance to genjutsu than Sasuke, Sasuke just has the sharrigan, he knows this.
Sasuke doesn't posses Sakura's wits or chakra control to do what she does, and he knows this. Why do you think he never spoke ill about her ninja ability, the worst he ever told her was to stop trying to be friends, and work of you jutsu...only to eat his world in a couple of chapters later during the tree climbing excerise.

Sakura skill is the greatest of her team, she just wasn't taught of developed.
