Tsunade should also be a 5 in sealing techniques ( her byakugou and her being able to undo the dead seal, also the Sanin are all able to perform the nine tails sealing jutsu)

And her agility should be higher, Tsunade reflexes are pretty op

I don't know what tactical stands for but that should be a 5 too

She does have a 5 in Knowledge. A 5 in Sealing jutsu is to much. Maybe a 3 is to poor. A 3.5 is a good number i would think according from what you said. But she isnt an expert. And what dead seal do you refer?

Her boobs wont let her be agile. Also she is not the kind of ninja the is dodging attacks. And tactical mean how she plans while fighting. The tactics she uses, how she commands. Those stuff. And she aint a 5.

Power yes, speed who knows, strategies never and strength he is human still. Chakra enhancement for stronger attacks maybe yes.

Sasuke wins them, yes, I know but it is because his Rinnegan, Sharingan and Ninjutsus. But not because he wins them means he is better at everything compared with them. I dont believe Sasuke will have the same weapons skill than Itachi, or the tactics of Itachi and Minato, or be more faster than Minato, or other things.

In a fight it is clearly that Sasuke wins them.

So then all sage user has 5 in physical stats?

Agility is how acrobatic you are. For example Jiraiya had 4.5 in speed and was a sage user. We never saw him a feat of power with his body. He being a sage will boost his physical stats but doesn't mean he has already 5 points.
