Plus as we know, Sakura was the "nerd" lol, in part 1, she knew all the shinobi codes, basic jutsus and stuff like that. So from there you can compare her stats.
However I find it strange with her strength and speed, because they're clearly not 3. :|
Her sheer speed and reaction speed were proven in the manga and strength, well... we all know about that. :|

The databooks only show a persons base abilities.

Sakura has to use chakra to enhance her strength and her speed isn't exactly her defining feature, though she is fairly fast when she needs to be.

Hinata also hasn't displayed many speed feats since, like Sakura, it is not her defining feature.

If a persons full abilities were shown then he would have to change the stats more because comparing stat levels up to 5 only gets you so far before clear differences need to be made depending on what they have shown.

If I were to change their stats to reflect their actual abilities, I think it would look like this:

everyone knows that since the last databook, shino is second strongest of 11, behind naruto -_-
