going by hype he does deserve his title. minato thought him good enough at s/t ninjutsu which is teleportation, to compare to tobi's.
he created edo which is NO EASY TASK, in fact its downright nigh impossible and would take a genius of a calibre seen only once in a century.
the thing about his suitons were that they were HIGH LEVEL without a source. not just basic fountain water style like yamato can do. imagine his level WITH a source
he battled and survived against kinkaku and ginkaku in an ambush. who can claim to be capable of that?

im not sure why living under the protection of Hashi makes him powerful...im sure that the 3rd ninja war was just as hard as the 2nd ninja war if not even harder...so being in Tsunade's position makes her very powerful aswell!

Im confused - if Oro really wanted to win - he would have made use of all of the abilities of the past hokage's that he was in total control of - why wouldnt he make use of TimeSpace jutsu to better his chances...and dont say because he could win without - because he got his hands taken!

Ok first of all Tobirama is the SECOND most important Hokage the leaf ever had.. ok. NO OTHER HOKAGE has done anything Tobirama did.. Tobirama basically invented the whole "Current" shinobi system.. lol. Yet you put people like Sarutobi and Minato in front of him?? and Tsunade also??. And also Tobirama took on 20 members of the Ginkaku and Kinkaku group.

Second, if hes not fit for the role of Kage then Minato, Sarutobi, Tsunade aren't either ^.^
