Tsunade specializes in close combat and rough housing much like the Raikage only no lightning techs or Lightning armour

Space Time Ninjutsu which was arguably created by Tobirama like Edo Tensei would be enough to evade most/all of tsunade's attacks

Not mention how many elements are there? I recall there being 5

Out of these 5 Elements there is someone who's ability trumps everyone else's

Tobirama is recognised by most as powerful Suiton user ever, only really rivaled by Kisame's ability which even then isn't enough without his chakra absorption ability

If Tobirama is among the 5 greatest elemental users ever, Tsunade is only capable to melee attacks and regeneraton

Overall she can't win because her trump card is a defensive maneuver (Miotic Regeneration)

going by hype he does deserve his title. minato thought him good enough at s/t ninjutsu which is teleportation, to compare to tobi's.
he created edo which is NO EASY TASK, in fact its downright nigh impossible and would take a genius of a calibre seen only once in a century.
the thing about his suitons were that they were HIGH LEVEL without a source. not just basic fountain water style like yamato can do. imagine his level WITH a source
he battled and survived against kinkaku and ginkaku in an ambush. who can claim to be capable of that?

Tsunade only uses taijutsu and also is just a medic Tobirama was around in war times against Uchiha and other powerful clans and was also a battle type shinobi.I would just love to see Tsunade try and regenerate her body after being torn to shreds with high level Suiton jutsu.

I will go in order of Hokage to signifiy each Kage's power and significance in order to prove that Tobirama is the weakest Hokage ever!

Hashirama:
Praised by madara s being legendary - Tobirama is detailed to be damaging to the landscape of the world - he has total control over different tailed beasts through his wood release technique - and further sealing techniques.
He is also known to have healing abilities as Madara mentions that Tsunade's Yin release technique is very similair to that of Hashirama's healing abilities...
The wood release is a unique abilitiy that makes Hashirama> Tobirama...

Hiruzen:
Praised as the god of shinobi - Hiruzen's knowledge of ninjutsu and abilities are surpassed by few (not a hashi vs hiruzen thread!!) - he was able to take on Oro + 1st + 2nd all at the same time - and if they had not of been Edo - he would have taken them out through...even something as small as a paper bomb.
How an old man - not in his prime - managed to take out two former Hokage's + oro is totally beyond my understanding but somehow he managed it - albiet by the exchange for his life through RDS (and his trump card)...
IF hiruzen had been at prime - he would have had a much easier time - being able to combat edo with his shadow clones - the observing anbu, hiruzens summon, and even hiruzen admit to this.
This is true demonstration of his power and deserves note!

Minato:
Minato is ultimately a baw5
He creates the Rasengan, FTG, and much MUCH more - (RDS) - he also takes down the 9 tails and manages to save the village through that. He takes on Tobi headon - and seems to do it pretty easily with his Time space (even after admitting the other was more advanced) - and uses his FTG to the full effect...
Rasengan - a technique used further by his son - is further developed into an awesome technique - the Rasenshuriken - an ability which would definitly not have been created if not for minato.
Since the rasengan was based on the TBB naruto would have also not learned how to harness the ability of the TBB with Kurama - and access the ability of both negative and positive forms of chakra for the TBB

A true demonstration of the scale of Minato's power lies in his foresight - and understanding/creation of the FTG...
Someone with his abilities manages to send a TBB to a safer place - not destroying the village...

Furthermore - Minato has the foresight to implant a small amount of kushina and his own essence into the RDS seal in order to aid Naruto in the future...
im pretty sure i didnt need to say all of that about minato because so many people are in love with him - but it was definitly worth it <3

Tsunade:
Tsunade is the person who implemente mediacl ninja into regular teams - she is the reason that so many ninja are still alive to fight another day!
She inherited the abilities of Yin Release techniques from her grandfather - and therefore became and extremely powerful opponent against Edo-madara - even breaking his Susano'o - an almost impossible feat...
She is truley a perfect choice for Kage - maybe not handling the paper work so well - but definitly being able to support her village where it really counted...even in comparison to the kage of other village such as mei or Garaa who lost faith in their abilities early on.
Tsunade's summons and therefore mass healing also compliments her abilities and enables her to be reinforced as a truley strong opponent - and DEFINITLY stronger than that of Tobirama...
Did i mention she was trained by the 3rd Hokage making her a SANNIN - and ONE of the STRONGEST ninja of ALL TIME!?
Tobirama hasnt had to deal with half the crap that Tsunade has in her time as Kage - INCLUDING the war! :sy:


To my knowledge - all Tobirama did was aid = not even major role = Hashi with creation of leaf...Create the Edo - which is causing endless problems this far into the series - and (as powerscaling is lessened in Part 1) - create water from nothing - which is a little feat for some ninja...
Ultimately Tobirama has done little to be deserving of the role 'kage' in comparison to every other person in that role...He was an inventor - but not anything as special as every other Kage...Making him the weakest Kage overall...

This amongst other reasons is why he is revered as the greatest known Water Release manipulator in the series. It was said that he wielded the Sword of the Thunder God, a blade with electrical abilities, and was said to have mastered its use despite the blade's lethal nature.

Now lets see. Yes tobirama has S/T jutsu and is the best Water user in Naruto history.
But lets see Tsunade is a medical ninja.. She knows the body works.. Even though none of this has been shown in the manga.. But im pretty sure shes capable of blocking some chakra points.. NOT ALL but some. And she can attack vital Organs instead of wasting time on unneccesary things.

In chakra they are the same. Now if any sneak attacks are thrown by Tobirama Regeneration would be good enough (if she has it on at the time). and at that time she can hit him. 1 hit from Tsunade is capable of smashing Susano'o So imagine it to Tobirama xD.
