Well I'd replace that name with just about anyone with fans to any degree.
I have no problem with Sakura--she's not useless, but she wasn't given WAAAAY too much power & sucked into the "DBZ Effect" like several others. Just because she's not at an ungodly level doesn't mean she's weak. I wouldn't use hype or fan/hater bias but there are a LOT of people who do.

I'd never underrate Hiruzen. He didn't shine as well as he should have but he is in no way weak.
