Virgil Hawkins is an average man of 5'11'' height. His skin color is dark. With His hair formed as dreadlocks make him look like a real african man. He wears many attires while in village. But when he is on a mission or out of village he wears a blue dress. This dress looks like some super hero dress. But is a normal dress and has no special powers. The sides of dress are black colored. In center of his dress there is a lightning bolt mad right above his chest cavity. Bolt is of yellow color. Yellow color is also present on his gloves and some on his leg parts after knee. Sometimes he has been seen wearing a cape over his dress which is black in color from outside while, its inner part is of yellow color.

Static has the mindset of a typical teenage male, he's into girls, gets annoyed with his older sister and parents, but truly loves them, but he also possesses a keen scientific mind, particularly in the area of electromagnetism. While hes doing his ninja duties he may show off a cocky, witty personality, in real life Virgil Hawkins is a geek. He is also a fan of Killer Bee's music

History
|
Born and raised in Kumogakure , Virgil was a bright student, though his mouth often got him into trouble. He was the subject of much bullying at school, especially from Senior Students. He had a fruitful career as a Ninja. He became a genin at the age of 9 and became a Jounin at the age of 20. At one point, his sister Sharon was kidnapped by a gang. He eventually found her again, and killed all her kidnappers. He currently resides in Kumogakure along with his family and is one of top shinobi of Kumo.
