Ever since episodes returned to canon, Kishimoto has been releasing chapters according to the episode's symmetrical events...(team 7 cooperation, Madara vs Hashirama, etc.)
Instead of just finishing this fight, he wants to balance the manga and the episodes to basically be mirrored. If he keeps this up, The manga will end 2015.....

Look at the significance of the chapter and the anime whenever they release each week. It is practically mirrored in a way.

I honestly think this is a fitting end fight though. Seeing Team seven (that we grew up to see) fighting along each other is a great scene. These guys are hands down the strongest team in Naruto.

I agree with you. In fact that time when episode 366 came out, there was also another manga chapter around that time showing the Hokages and Hagoromo. Another thing, the Manga will indeed end this year so don't get your hopes up. U_U Although I'm not too sure when the anime will end. Maybe early next year? :dunno:
