I have but one question for now

When creating a bio how do you get the information can you read someone else's bio and take there information and edit it and add your personal touch or do you have to research it and site the website

There's a template you get from the rules section as for the information , you make it up . Look at some Bios other pple created. And good luck , Hope you better luck then me finding training

well, idk whether its illigal but it won't be very cool if you copy someone's bio.so its good to refer narutowikia

You can ask people if you want to copy specific things from their bio, but it doesn't make any difference in your RP ability's...
