Ragna rises from the plateu with a hard hat and pick axe. He then quickly throws them away when he realizes this is not Doton training. He then takes out a sketchpad.

Then use shape manipulation to make to vortex transform into a dragon head that goes forward and destroys your enemy, the lightning can even jump from the lightning dragon to the opponent. That's pretty cool, so the enemy will most likely have to attack the dragon head on instead of dodging it. It also reaches long range, but you can expect a healthy does of win jutsu in response. U_U. Oh this sketchpad? I'm going into marketing and I need the image of a dragon for this new sports drink I'm trying out."

After saying his statement he walks to the edge of the plateau not wanting to disturb his ninken and summon let alone hurt them. Once done he claps his hands together and begins to focus raiton chakra all around him. Once feeling he has enough to perform the technique he pushes his hands out while manipulating the chakra, which in turn causes it to form around him before he alters the from while making it spin faster around him. Once a lightning tornado is created around him he finally alter the appearance of the tornado/vortex at the top into a roaring dragon head that then leaves his body as he directs it towards a large rock down below the plateau. As it crumbles Lucifer turns around waiting for further instructions.

Sorry for the late reply was working on bio in word. I mean practicing with scrolls for ninjutsu....>.>
He then charges chakra into his hands while performing the needed handseals. Once done with both he crouches down and slams his hand onto the ground while releasing the stored raiton chakra into the ground that travels a short distance away form us before he rises his hands upwards "signalling" the raiton chakra to rise into the air in the form of a column of electricity. That simply burns the ground seeing as their is nothing else it can do for the most part.
Following this he spreads both palms then begins to focus raiton chakra into his palms before releasing it in the form of balls in each hand following this he outstretches his arms so that they face the mystical ogres before releasing the energy in the form of several tendrils of lightning that creep up on the ogres in the pool. Once reaching the pool he manipulates the tendrils into the pool before releasing all the stored chakra at once shocking the ogres who don't seem to affected but still walk away angry.
Are ogres immune for the most part to electricity?

Note: Only the spear extension can reach up to mid range.
NOTE: So you create the chidori while dashing at your opponent, it isn't that difficult. Now as you strike your opponent you can extend the spear up to mid range (and your opponent as well) The last application of the jutsu is that a large explosion is generated at the end of the spear by focusing more elextricity to increase its potency. Pretty nice jutsu.

Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he has shown the ability to, without hand seals, perform 2 simultaneous Lightning Blades, one in each hand, which he can use to defend from Lightning techniques or to simply attack the enemy in a strong and dangerous melee attacks.[/FONT]

[/FONT]This can only be used by Kakashi, but I'll make a note since Kakashi bios are pretty easy to get. Kakashi can perform the Lightning cutter on both hands simultaneously. It's pretty useful in a melee situation, and makes it easy to stop other lightning attacks. 2>1

The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed. [FONT="]Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed[/FONT]

Note: Okay so this a unique application of Raiton. It is mainly followed up be genjutsu, but could be used in other ways. You will need some handseals to perform first and then you can release the lightning chakra all over your body creating a blinding light, although it is only momentary. Once you stop channeling your chakra into the technique then the light goes away.
(Raiton: Chidori Raimei) - Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm

Note: This is a fan favorite. You're basically blasting the enemy with Raiton. So yeah pick a hand...any hand and then channel your chakra into it creating a massive chidori. Then release your built up power outward and forward to create a powerful 120 degree blast.

Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.[/FONT]

[/FONT]Note: Okay you'll need a shadow clone. If you can't do it, then use this one. *shadow clone*. Both of the clones will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands. (If your clone uses it on his left, then you use it on the right.) Next all you have to do is use chakra and a bit of manipulation to create a linked chain that will allow you to cut through your enemies...I have another clone that wants to try and play ninja jump rope....run him through plz..he is an idiot. (You have to be midrange from each other.)

[FONT="]Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.[/FONT]
Note: Only the spear extension can reach up to mid range.
NOTE: So you create the chidori while dashing at your opponent, it isn't that difficult. Now as you strike your opponent you can extend the spear up to mid range (and your opponent as well) The last application of the jutsu is that a large explosion is generated at the end of the spear by focusing more elextricity to increase its potency. Pretty nice jutsu.

He quickly performs the snake handseal while focusing raiton chakra in his mouth and throat. Once done he leans down before using chakra manipulation to make a tip of a spear composed of lightning appear slowly from his mouth. After this he breathes in through his nose deeply before compressing his diaphragm sending out the air from his mouth propelling the lightning spear, which is being made as it leaves his mouth, at fast speeds into a small collection of pillars of rocks which gets destroyed with ease before the spear gets planted into the ground.
Following his instructors directions he performs the needed handseals while charging chakra into his right palm to create a normal lightning blade before focusing the chakra onto the surface of his hand while altering the properties to that of lightning. Once done he adds chakra to his left palm before joining hands stopping just before they touch where he then uses his left hand to grab the jutsu from earlier and begins to pull while adding chakra to the jutsu so as to not lose power. After splitting it he has his mole summon create two pillars of earth where he then charges both with the move severing them with ease before releasing the jutsu.
Look forward to doing that more often.
He then performs a single handseal before releasing a large fireball into the sky creating thunder clouds. After this he waits a few seconds for the clouds to fully form and the thunder to start before focusing chakra into his right hand to perform chidori which is raised towards the sky. This action causes the lightning to race to his hand which forms a dragon type of shape before he points his hand towards another near by plateau sending a large bolt of lightning to race to the plateau reaching it instantly before we hear a loud explosion. The explosion of course being caused by the thunder hitting the earth and dividing the plateau in half.
After doing this he turns around to do the next jutsu where he then coats both hands in raiton chakra to the point where they both get a aura of lightning energy before clapping his hands together before pushing both palms outwards towards a boulder up on the plateau causing all of the raiton chakra to be dispersed in the form of a single thunderbolt that goes straight into the boulder which get a hole put right through it before it continues to travel until it hits a large rock where it finally stops. Leaving behind it destruction and holes with super heated insides in some of the more larger boulders or hills.
Remembering how he just split this technique in half not to long ago he simply performs the needed handseals while focusing raiton chakra into his right hand. Once done he secures his hand with his left wrapped around his wrist before pushing the chakra up to the surface creating a more powerful coating. Following this he straightens out his hand effectively creating a blade made out of flesh before walking over to the edge of the current plateau before crouching down and performing a simply free-form karate chop. This cuts off a piece of the plateau that goes crashing down below in a dust cloud.

He charges chakra into his right and left palm after doing the needed handseals twice. Once done he alters the properties of both until a large aura of lightning can be seen around both. After this he focuses the auras down to a smaller size until they form small nearly perfect outlines around his hands with the occasional electric discharge. Following this he forms a karate chop hand position with both hands before jumping from the plateau heading towards another collection of boulders and pillars of earth where he goes through and "trims" some of the area with his hands leaving behind nothing but stone slabs and pebbles where the boulders used to be.
After rejoining his mentor on the plateau he continues with the lesson. He then jumps into the air performing handseals while focusing raiton chakra all around his body effectively creating a coating. Once done he closes his eyes not wanting to blind himself he quickly claps his hands together before releasing the chakra instantly creating a flash bang/blinding light originating from his body before landing and continuing with the lesson seeing as he doesn't know Genjutsu.
After landing he once again creates a chidori in his right hand almost instantly having become very efficient at it lately. Once done he adds more chakra to this technique to increase the power before asking his summon to create a large pillar of earth in front of him before swiping his hand while releasing the raiton chakra almost as if it was a crescent in front of him increasing the range allowing him to hit it despite being slightly to far away from him. Naturally the large pillar gives little resistance to his technique and crumbles in front of him.
After creating a clone which he recently learned to do with another sensei he directs him into midrange where he puts out his right hand which at this time is already covered in raiton chakra. Following suit the clone does the same before they extend the raiton chakra to each other effectively creating a large thread of raiton chakra between them. Once done they both alter the shape of it to mimic that of a chain before they both run in tandem towards the childlike clone. Upon reaching him they both boost their speed by focusing chakra into their legs to almost instantly reach 4 feet past the clone with their hands out still but without the jutsu. Shortly after his clone disperses along with your clone that disappears in a cloud of smoke.
This is situational but still useful in the long run.
He then moves onto the last technique of the day slightly tired. He first creates a chidori in his right hand before charging towards a clone that wasn't used in the last technique. He increases his speed to reach the clone faster before hitting the clone in the center of the chest with the chidori before using shape manipulation to extend the range of the chidori giving it an almost sword like appearance as it extends into mid-range keeping the clone trapped. Once the clone reaches mid range he places his left hand, which has another portion of chakra charged into it, on his right arm discharging more chakra that travels along his arm and up into the extended chidori. This added chakra reaches the clone in seconds and proceeds to shock the clone until it expands in an explosion causing the clone to disappear.

Katon is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by molding chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. This element is commonly used by Uchiha and the Sarutobi clan all of which are from the Land of Fire. Also it is weak to suiton, strengthened by futon and is also strong to it.
That is all pretty much sadly.
FIRE STYLE|KATON
Explanation no Jutsu!!!!!!!!!!!Good nough, you have a decent amount of knowledge for Fire release. Fire is my favorite element of the basic 5. It is very destructive and consumes everything it comes in contact with. From air, grass, or even water in some cases. This element can be used for defensive purposes, but it is mainly used as an offensive force to eradicate targets completely. Clans who are adept in fire style are the uchiha, and sarutobi clans. Madara, Sasuke, and Itachi all showed the ability to utilize Katon. (It is even required that the uchiha have a fire speciality). Even with all of this destructive force it can be used for good. Cooking, warmth, the sun, which is a giant ball of fire, provides life for all living things. If you make any mistakes using this element you will likely harm or even kill yourself and others. So it is a great burden to call yourself a master of this element, and it is quite difficult to learn.

Burn, Burn and BURNNNN! Yes it destroys everything but let's not put labels on it. It might get offended. Fire can do much more than destroy. As I said it can provide you warmth in the Rp if you set up camp, can be used to create signals, cook, light a cigar, colonize a wound (practically speaking...we have medical ninjas who do that stuff). In battle; however, it is mainly used as a lethal technique to destroy the enemy, or anything in its way. It could even evaporate a water source or burn down a forest. Fire release can be used in some unique forms that you will see later such as ash and gas. In some cases Katon has explosive properties.
CONCLUSION: In conclusion this is my favorite element. It takes a great mind to find the beauty in destruction. Fire can be very versatile in its own ways. I like to think of fire as that rogue cousin who is misunderstood. xD. I love it man. Get creative!

Strengths, Weaknesses, and Interactions
Fire consumes wind as the air fuels fire; however, that is only if they are going in the same direction. If the two clash head on the air would weaken the fire as it opposes it, but the fire would continue toward the opponent. It's natural enemy/weakeness is the water element that extinguishes flames. Basics is where it all starts no matter how cliché it sounds, but here are some more weaknesses and strengths you might want to learn.

Fire can repel shadows of the Nara clan but if used incorrectly you might end up creating one. xD

This is a basic Katon jutsu. You inhale and knead the superheated chakra within yourself. Once released you exhale this chakra in the form of small balls of fire. Reaches mid range and only useful against weaker opponents. Even then, you would be hard pressed to land this as a kill shot. Hey, but at least you can counter C rank wind. xD

After grabbing the piece of paper Lucifer focuses chakra into the piece of paper with the mental image of fire to allow the chakra change to happen easier. This causes the small sheet of paper to slowly burn around the edges before it slowly burns to a crisp.
Ok I think I get the jest of this.
Following this he inhales deeply while focusing chakra into his chest needing it so as to heat it up to the point where it will easily ignite. Once done he exhales the air along the chakra while forming a O-shape with his mouth causing the flames to shape circles as they exit. Not having that much destructive force they only cause small dents in a nearby rock although they do slightly melt the area of impact.
