After college I want to start a business. I'd say Real Estate for now. Anyway, what kinds of businesses can you all think of that can profit a lot?

I want to do Real Estate.

Question number 2, is it better to rent out houses, or rent out apartments of an apartment complex?

Take out the word money out of your vocabulary, money is a byproduct of the value you produce so change your language to saying "I will provide housing for x amount of people", "I will help x amount of people" because it doesn't matter whether you're doing real estate, running a business or working a job. It all starts with doing something for someone so put your focus there. The money will come naturally once you do the above.

Lol, that's what everyone wants. I'll give you one tip and that's all.

Define your expectations. What is financial freedom? The ability to buy multiple mansions at any given time and not worry about it? Your scope is too huge. Think of what financial freedom really is for you, and if you have the ability to achieve it once you figure out.
