Upon seeing this high dark-skinned man greeting him, Roger take his sword of the darkness flame that he already had in his right hand and does a upward vertical swing. This releases multiple blades of wind that head in the mans direction.

As the blades travel halfway they merge into a single sharp scythe and at this time, Roger sends water chakra to the ground without changing his position or moving to which suddently water rises out of the ground fast beneath his opponent. The blade would reach his opponent while he is getting drowned and captured by the gushing water which gets cut through by the wind before it forms into a sphere with the man inside it.
