History:
Stark is a pure blooded Uchiha born into Kirigakure, his clan originally from Konoha his parents defected from Konoha seeking refuge after constant assassination attempts on their son Stark for having abnormal chakra as an infant and fearing he would become a great ninja and a great threat. He now serves Kirigakure loyally and is a powerful ninja that those who seek to destroy him feared him to be. He one day wishes to reunite with his clansmen and assume control of the clan and bring them to glory they have not achieved since Madara Uchiha's passing.
