Can only Jedi use a lightsaber? Can only Jedi use the Force? Because
in the new one Finn uses Luke's but can't that only happen with the Force? So then Finn is part Jedi? Why not even mention it if that's the case?

Han Solo used a lightsaber in Empire. So probably not.

I kinda hope Fin does become a Jedi though.

When he cut open the tauntaun and put Luke inside it to keep him from freezing.

Yeah I went and looked it up, there's other instances too like Grievous so I was wrong I thought they said you needed the Force to use one(I thought they meant at all, they meant properly)

Anyone can use a lightsaber. Force sensitive or not. General Grievous used lightsabers. Anyone can use the Force as well if they have the potential. For example, Leia had a connection with The Force but she wasn't a jedi.
