Rather self explanatory, a technique that is used to mainly blind the opponent to allow you to either move or do a sneak attack. What technique would you pair with it?
(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
A rather.... unconventional technique. You use the last explosive kunai to detonate the others explosive notes that were thrown earlier.
I begin by gathering my raw chakra, once done I utilise this chakra to create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround my opponent as it swirls around him, it temporarily renders his vision useless, blinding him infact. You can use any jutsu while this takes place, however you should use jutsus that may require quite a few number of hand seals or in general just slow to initiate like Chidori (unless you have mastered it already).
I retrieve quite a few exposive tagged kunai's from my pocket and hurl it in my opponent's direction. These soar through the air and upon contact explode, expelling explosive notes in the process. Due to the large quantity thrown, these rain on to opponent, therefore with no delay I release a final kunai in my opponent's direction, upon contact this time, ignites the notes and causes an explosion at a much higher scale than before.

Battle use/technique is required for every technique. And why would you use a slow technique..?
Cos you have more time than normal U_U And sure. >_> For that technique, I could use it as a huge distraction as the opponent has to avoid it or he won't be able to survive the explosion, therefore providing the user a perfect opportunity to follow up with a different move.

Form the Ram hand seal, and project your voice to emerge from a different direction or location than you actually are at. It's good if your opponent loses sight of you and doesn't know where you are. You can trick him into thinking you are someplace else, and then attack when he is vulnerable. Technique used with this?

Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense.
Tactic:Best used with Hidden Mist jutsu.
Basically it's being as quiet and as efficient as possible to get a quick kill.
I gather my chakra while simulataneously forming the Ram hand seal, once finished I project my voice to emerge from a different direction, then my true location. This means if you throw an explosive tagged kunai in the opponent's direction combined with this technique's usefulness, it can be an excellent combo since the kunai would explode without the user even realising. It can even be used to think that something is approaching from a different direction, like for example this could be done with Chidori.

This jutsu can be amplified by the the hidden in the mist jutsu, which makes it even more difficult for the opponent to track the user. If you are Sensor or a doujutsu user, this is a must, since you still able to note your opponent's movements.

Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.
Chakra rope, tie him up, and then wrangle him up like a rodeo pig. How would you incapacitate your opponent beforehand in order for you to successfully tie him up without him attacking back?
I first begin by retrieving a smoke bomb from my right pocket and then throw it at the ground beneath me to cause a layer of smoke to disperse around the area, once there I place several makibishi underneath this layer, thus obscuring it from your sense of vision. These makibishi can be deadly towards the opposition. Well, the problems with laying it directly under your feet, is that you are majorly affected as well by the smoke bombs, leaving your vision troubled.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
So this is the same as the E-rank technique, although these clones are intangible. So if your opponent goes to punch one of them, his hand will pass right through it. Because of this, they are better used as distractions.
I first begin by focusing my chakra and then channel it throughout my body, then whilst envisioning myself in the head, I utilise the chakra to form a replica of myself, but this clone is intangible, meaning they can be used as a way to distract your opponent, as attacks will just pass through them.

>_> I would use them as a distraction from the opponent to get into a comfortable position or just means to counter with a fast attack like Nagashi, whilst they are briefly focusing on the clone, thinking it's the original. ~_~

They are going to know the clone is a fake because you post the technique. Throw kunai or shuriken behind them to conceal their approach, or use small scaled elemental techniques instead.

They would look the same. But in a RP battle, you post the techniques you use. The opponent obviously know they are clones to begin with.

(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique

Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.
This uses a basic fuuma/windmill shuriken. Throw it at my clone, and then insert your chakra into it to increase its size greatly. It's too bad this is short range, otherwise it could be actually really fun and cool to use.
I first begin by retrieving a windmill shuriken and then hold it between my right palm. Then I position my head and retract my right arm to throw the shuriken, once done, it begins to travel with high velocity whilst in this motion, I then manipulate it's size greatly, brutally injuring my opponent upon contact. You can use this technique as a distraction for another use of technique, this is due to it's large size meaning the opponent will be focusing on it, to force it to cause minimal damage.
