He has purple flowing hair.His eyes are also purple as well and black around the pupil.He wears a light black jacket with a large folded collar.He also wears black pants with blue and white scraves around his waiste.Which also he carries two medium size katana. As well he wears the traditional shinobi sandals. For battle he wears a mask that resembles his relative and hero Hanzo with the rain village symbol.
Personality:Seiko Tatsumaki is a very quite person. He isnt really big on words.He feels that actions are more useful.Also since he only wear his mask in battle. He wears a careless look on his face even though he is fully aware of everything going on around him.He is very interested in learning about anything. As he feels it is only adding on to his knownledge. In battle he is very serious but even though sometimes he has fun with his opponent as he makes fun of them during the fight.Even as he is doing that he is a true strategist using his knownledge to create strategies.He shows no mercy he only lets his victims go to side a message or if it benefits him more than kill them.

Background Info.
History:Seiko only being 5 when his parents and close family was killed.Hanzo is his distance releative and he is the last of them they all being murdered by pein. Ever since then he been taking care of himself. Scavenging and picking up knoweledge on this cruel plays called the ninja world filled with hate. At 12 he started to try to fine his way of changing it and to avenge the his family that was killed. Those he knew the only way he could do this is to acquire power. So ever since then he have been researching his famous relative Hanzo of the rain.With this research he learned that his relative was one of the strongest ninja of his time and one of those reason was his toxic body from him putting a venom sac from a black salamander.With that in mind he searched for a black salamander, but never found one. Well on this search he found his long lost cousin Nero Tatsumaki. With this new found family he has been by his side since the day and swore to protect him. He also started school with his cousin Nero noticing that if he want to carrying out his plans he will need more knowledge of the ninja world currently and its history. So with all these new things going on he has his goals in line.To cure this ninja world of its cruel ways and to find more his family he never met and to surpass hanzo to become the new leader of the rain village.
