SSJ3 vs SSJ4

I noticed in the Tenkaichi games that Goku (End) in Saiyan 3 has a faster attack rate than Goku (GT)'s SSJ4 transformation, especially when you comparing his (SSJ4) speed to Goku (GT) in SSJ3, his attack speed is insane. 3 has a faster speed than 4 and has longer combos.

What's the power difference between SSJ3 and SSJ4?

I think Super Saiyan 4 is just a Super Saiyan 3 without drawbacks. The sole reason Goku relied in his 4 transformation more so than three during GT was because of his child body. His body cannot handle the power that 3 offers, he wasn't using SSJ3 to it's fullest extent.

He's also more powerful. I remember he said something like "you're faster than me but i'm stronger than you" to Nova Shenron. So what he loses in speed, he makes up in power.

Yeah, but Vegeta did that against Cell. He was stronger, but too slow to hit him. Point goes to SSJ3.

Base Goten has faster attack rate than most of if not all of Vegeta's versions and transformations in the Tenkaichi games. Thats all just in-game things.

He could be... I mean, his body is smaller and lighter allowing for quick and faster movements. Plus, he is a badass with a more cooler hair. I bet he's even more powerful than Ultimate Gohan in BT3 hahaha

SSJ2 Vegeta is faster than SSJ2 Kid Gohan in BT3, imo.
