I'd say SSJG Goku. SSJG Goku was able to fight evenly with Bills while Bills made light work of SSJ3 Goku, UT Gohan, full powered Vegeta (stronger than SSJ3 Goku), etc. Vegeto probably wouldn't be able to fight Bills on the level SSJG Goku did, but I'm not 100% sure.

Goku in SSJ was able to fight evenly with Bills near the end of the movie.

SSJG is overkill for Vegito, imo. Krillin is irrelevant and will most likely get severely injured once the two (Goku and Vegito) start the fight in full power.

If Vegito was stronger than a SSJ God then Goku would of easily of done the fusion with Vegeta to form into Gogeta, who is on the same level as Vegito. You need to become a god in order to fight another god.
