ssj and not ssj blue

I havent watched all but I did read about it.

Goku goes normal ssj vs frost.
Frost uses poison and kicks goku out.
Piccolo almost wins but frost cheats with poison vs him too.

Couldnt goku just go ssj blue and oneshot frost?
That wouldnt really cost much energy
or are you not allowed to use God ki in the tournament?

Apparently Beerus and co are okay with the cheating?
Like wtf?

Vegeta will go ssjblue?

Curious how Cabba will do (edit: As he has never heard of saiyans transforming).
Maybe he is a saiyan beyond god if he did the 5 saiyans to super saiyan god ritual once and kept the power.

I am most interested in that purple guy named Hit though.

Not sure what to expect about that robot Mageta.

Goku is stupid and cocky as always. He didn't learn anything in his life, not even after Frieza destroyed earth in the latest movie and Whis telling Goku what is wrong with him.

SSJ was more than enough for Frost. Frost couldn't do anything else but cheat to win. And Goku likes a challenge. When he fights someone he slowly goes up in power to see where his opponent is at. He can go SSJB but chooses not to so he can use it when he really needs it.

Well he didnt use it when he really needed it, because he lost from Frost.

I thought Goku had learned from Whis his speech and from his near death vs Frieza.

Now Goku looks like a dork.
Not even having shown at the universe 6 people, that he can go ssj blue or how many normal ssj transforms (1, 2 and 3) he has.

I am not unhappy that Vegeta fights Frost though (I kinda expected it, since he didnt get to finish off Frieza) and probably beats Frost, but I dont like the way how Goku lost.
Nor the way Piccolo lost.

They could have at least make Piccolo fight and beat that Robot Magetta or Botamo, to give Piccolo a cool win, before Piccolo lost a fight.
Piccolo had kinda the badass buildup in the fight (with how he nearly won with his special beam cannon strategy) and than than he got poison powned.
Feels like Piccolo his awesomeness has been underused (and it was disappointing that he wasnt made a lot stronger).

I hope that Vegeta fights Cabba as SSJ blue and that Cabba wins.
That Monaka defeats Cabba and that Hit defeats Monaka.

That would put Earth universe 7 in universe 6 and would open up lot of new characters and places to introduce.

The thing is that Goku HAD to lose. We've seen him fight so many times that people are getting sick of it. Imagine if he did go SSJB and beat everyone bar Hit, or even worse, still lose to Frost in SSJB. This was a good way to make Frost look like a good villain. Plus Goku had already realized how strong Frost was. A few punches in SSJ form had almost finished Frost off. Unless Frost was toying with him

Even so, Goku is still Goku, he lets his opponent have their "fair" shot at him. He like to win that way. Piccolo I can agree on him losing was really sad. It would have been nice to have him win. But he lost due to cheating which makes him look better, not to mention the fact that his SBC was able to destroy the barrier that Champa's attack couldn't break.

Maybe he has a saiyan beyond god form though. With saiyans being pure hearted in universe 6, it could be that they have done the saiyan ritual with 5 saiyans to form a super saiyan god and that he kept the power, just like Goku did or maybe Cabba has something like unlock potential from a kai or so.

Maybe Cabba will actually learn to do a transformation in the tournament.
Who knows.

If Cabba is a match for Vegeta, than it means he is a lot stronger than his teammate Frost.
Which makes me wonder in what way Cabba has fought alongside Frost on that planet Mayonna, as Cabba would have been a lot stronger than Frost.
Frost is actually not all that strong but he managed power through schemes, rather than a huge power lvl.

Yeah Hit I look forward the most too.
