So who wins? SSG Goku is a 6 Beerus is a 10 and Whis is a 15. Going by that I am assuming SSGSS Goku is a 8, Beerus is 10 and Whis is 15. That being said, it was stated in Revival of F that Vegeta still wasn't as strong as Goku in SSGSS due to Goku having the form longer. It was also stated that they could individually give Beerus a hard time and potentially defeat him if they were to work through their weaknesses and work together. So, i'm putting Vegeta in SSGSS at probably a 6-7. Who wins? Goku and Vegeta in their SSGSS forms with Beerus or Whis?

No they cant beat Whis..here's some explaining..

I think that the numbers Whis gave were displaying their power levels, but Whis has the advantage on experience, knowledge, endurance, speed, and hes mastered moving his body without thinking about it. Not to mention if he can already do something like turn back time, imagine what other useful skills he could have..they cant win against him yet.

even if Goku Beerus and Vegeta combined had three times the power of Whis, Id say Whis wins just threw using his 15 better than they use their 45

Whis still wins, with low difficulty. He was destroying Goku and Vegeta, but was merely playing with them. Takes Beerus out with a blow to the neck. Whis is on a different level. Think Cell vs SSJ Goku on Namek.
