Hes either someone with Obitos Sharringan or Obito himself im thinking personally it might be Izuna/Zetsu/Obitos eye or Madara body,Zetsu/Obitos eye.Its clearly someone with information that Obito couldn't possibly know although if it was Obito and everything was explained i would be alright with that
