The problem is the first pics are taken from a shitty anime work, and the second one is Graphically enhanced, If the animators were good at their jobs back then, then Naruto would've never had those stupid eyes. And he's pretty much nonexistant now, not even worth hating; he didn't even appear in Pains attack on the village, while Konohomaru is busy using Rasengan.
