in speed sra neji is the same as sakura he is not faster and i dont think seeing her sleep bomb will make any difference
since they are equal at speed anyone could attack first sakura might dodge neji attack and same goes for neji he have Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven it might dodge sakura punch but not for so long if she punched again i think its over

and sakura have much more Intelligence than sra neji he is 2.5 and sakura is 4 i think she can handle him or not :shrug:


off topic : I think byakugan see the chakra related stuff the sleep bomb is just like a ball he wont know whats inside right ?
