Naruto and Sasuke have the moon chibaku tensei seal, Kishimoto said he didn’t know how to defeat Madara at this point. Kaguya had more chakra but she didn’t know many techniques, all she could do with portals, nature control in various dimensions (which wasn’t that OP), and ash bones. Madara not only had all of Hagaromo’s techniques but a mastery of all sharingan techniques and many more, with 3 eyes he was way above just 1 rinnegan, he could have won with more ease than Kaguya imo.

Kaguya's giant truth seeking ball isn't for combat though, Kagaya has more chakra but she only uses it to switch dimensions. Madara has all the Rinnegan techniques including shinra tensei, asura path, etc, he has better control of truth seeking balls, he has susanoo, crazy chibaku tensei techniques, limbo which is a crazy powerful technique, he even can shoot light speed beams of light that can slice through even gudou dama's, that seems far more convenient that ash bones...

Team 7 wins mid diff. Naruto and Sasuke w/o their VoTE boosts are enough to fight and probably defeat Madara. Adding Kakashi means that they obviously win.
