The power of creation comes from ying-yang release not from the sea,l its mostly the reason why naruto was able to create kakashi eyes as stated in the databook, i guess some folks are thinking that the seals holds some relevance on those feats since naruto always uses it as his dominant arm.

And both Naruto and Sasuke look more like Kishi's style.
