The first step to ending bullying is to realize that things you say could greatly influence someone else's life. If someone looks down trodden, help them out. Give them a compliment. Show people that the insults aren't true. <3

Let me share a story with you. The author is unknown:
While walking along a beach, an elderly gentleman saw someone in the distance leaning down, picking something up and throwing it into the ocean.
As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was that of a young man, picking up starfish one by one and tossing each one gently back into the water.
He came closer still and called out, “Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?”
The young man paused, looked up, and replied “Throwing starfish into the ocean.”
The old man smiled, and said, “I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?”
To this, the young man replied, “The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them in, they’ll die.”
Upon hearing this, the elderly observer commented, “But, young man, do you not realise that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can’t possibly make a difference!”
The young man listened politely. Then he bent down, picked up another starfish, threw it into the back into the ocean past the breaking waves and said, “It made a difference for that one.”

No..bullying cannot be stopped..the bullied must either fight or just runaway. nothing will really stop people from being bullies. most bullies are cowards. i used to be bullied. busted his nose and the rest of my middle school years were perfect. its like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders as my fist hit his face. ahhhh such a good feeling.

Bullying can not be stopped. True, we can at least help one person not be a victim. As long as bullies have their own personal problems then bullying can not be stopped. Well, this video was suppose to be funny, but it is why some people bully:

I read it. still. it wont stop the bullying. just raise awareness towards it. what your doing is noble but impossible. the bullied need to be the ones who either let the things people go, or fight back. awareness will give them someone on their side to fight with them, but there has to be either offense or defense from the one who is being bullied. they must do something to protect him/her-self. if they dont try to help themselves the bully will keep doing what he does

I was bullied, and then I got stronger with martial arts and kicked the bullies asses 
I now teach little kids, it's not so much the physical punishment as it is the mental. They just have to know that that isn't all life is about and that it gets better. They should also be withdrawn from school and put on a vacation for awhile, they deserve it, I would know

Bullying is such a strange way to put it, people mistreat other people throughout their entire lives for many different reasons. I don't think its even nessesery to point that out unless you have a solution. It is important to do the right thing, ex. Stick up for a kid being bullied; no matter what the situation might he. What I'm really trying to say is that the majority of people know weither or not what they are doing is wrong, it is up to them if they choose to do the right thing or not, change the way they vent their emotions and you might he on to something.
