This one time, I couldn't put myself to sleep. A couple of minutes passed, and I began to feel sleepy. I was just about enter a sleeping phase, when this weird 'adrenaline-like- feeling suddenly struck me awake. My heart started beating fast, I was sweating like mad. I ignored this, however, and put myself back into a sleeping position. Moments passed, and after attempting to put myself to sleep once more, the same thing happened again. I had no curtains at the time, also, and the window was visible from ever corner of my bedroom. I looked over, and I swear I saw my friend's face for a second. After that, I freaked out and decided to go sleep in the spare bedroom. I mean, wtf.

Hallucinations? Doubt it. I often lay in bed in the dark looking at the aura ofvmy hand and the energy in the air which sometikes looks like some ghastly phenomena but I don't feel fearfull when doing that

what have you been doing the last 24 hrs when this happened? anything strange?...even it's a small detail :|

It stayed visible for a split second before it vanished into nothingness. Creepy **** man

Eehm I meditated for about 20 minutes, and. Was focusing on looking at the energy in the air. That's all :/

All I gotta say is this. To this day I'm 22, I NEVER under any circumstances get up at night. Nor do I have an under the bed. My bed is flat on the floor.

Nope. I just hold it all night. No joke, I adapted my body over the years

Sometimes when i dream of myself drowning or similar asphyxia related accidents: i wake suffocating and short of breath in real time ..... Also I kinda hear things, like foots steps or some one near my door or looking over my shoulder when i am watching porn (I think this is normal for most.... most likely caused by fear of being caught pants down) .....

I'm actually hoping it happens again. I want to try to embrace the fear and dare it. I did the same a year back and somehow I was able to see that thing better when embracing the fear. Idk..

I was at my parents on vacation with my friends and my gf and my friends gf's ( we were like 10 people excluding my parents).
So we all went to sleep at 2am everybody went in a room downstairs some upstairs( Parents house has 8 bedrooms(anyway))
I'm the only who slept on the ground for no reason at all , all the doors of the rooms upstairs were closed.
I fell asleep and then i felt something i open'd my eyes i saw something white coming down on me i immediatly jumped up and ran away too a door but i couldn't it grabbed me @ the back of my throath i managed to get away but i could feel that my throath was cut at the back side..i went to the door of the closed room , where one of my friend and his gf were sleeping i tried to open the door but it wouldn't open , and i turned around and that thing was coming behind me fast, one second later my friend open'd the door i fell on him , and the thing behind me was gone i told my friend you son of a ***** why didn't you open the door or why is it on lock , he said calm down man the door wasn't on lock and i didn't hear anything at all neither did his gf (they we're both awake) my friend said he just went to take a pee and i fell on him ( and when i looked at the time it was like still the same everything happenend in 1minute. So we went to wake everybody up to tell them what happenend they said i was just dreaming then i showed them my backside of my throath was bleeding. everybody was at shock.
But afterall that i wasn't scared at first i thought it was a robber but then i soon realized that it didn't have a face nor foots thats why i ran.
I ain't scared of anything but sal****er crocodiles.
